- Mixed devices. Teams on Windows, phones and the browser.
- Big-company controls. Enterprise adds EU residency, SAML, audit logs and zero retention with AI providers.3
- Writing inside pages. Drafts, summaries and database autofill where the doc already lives.
eEVY is stronger for
- Getting work done by agents. Hand a task to Claude Code or Codex with the plan and context loaded, and get the file back on your Mac.
- Talking to your team. Voice notes to one person or several, with urgent ones kept apart.

Notion keeps a team in sync through comments on pages. EVY adds voice: quick notes between people, with the AI listening in only when you ask it to.

Can you keep Notion and add EVY?
Yes. Notion can stay the wiki and the home of your databases. EVY plans the week, hands work to agents on your Mac and carries the voice notes your team sends each other.
If your team mainly uses Notion as a task list, EVY can replace that part: its To-do and Direction views cover goals, initiatives and daily tasks without a database to maintain.

Is EVY a Notion alternative?
For planning, agent work and team communication, yes. EVY plans your day, hands tasks to Claude Code or Codex on your Mac and lets teammates send each other voice notes. For large wikis and custom databases Notion is the stronger tool, and you can run both.
Can Notion AI use my own ChatGPT or Claude subscription?
Notion's pricing page does not offer it. Notion AI is paid for through Notion plans, and Custom Agents through Notion credits at $10 per 1,000. EVY hands tasks to Claude Code or Codex on the Claude or ChatGPT plan you already have.
How much does EVY cost compared with Notion AI?
EVY is free. Notion's full AI set needs the Business plan at €19.50 per member a month billed yearly, or €23.50 billed monthly. For 12 people that is €234 or €282 a month, before any agent credits.
Can I send voice messages to teammates in Notion?
Notion works through text comments and @mentions on pages, and AI Meeting Notes record calls on the Business plan. In EVY you say who a voice note is for and talk. It lands on their rail, marked urgent or normal, and they can play it, read the gist, answer by voice or ask EVY about it.
Does Notion keep data in the EU?
Only on the Enterprise plan, through Notion's account team. Notion Mail, Notion Calendar and beta features are not covered, and zero data retention with AI providers is also Enterprise only.
Does EVY work on Windows?
Not yet. EVY is a Mac app. Notion runs on the web, Mac, Windows, iOS and Android.
