EVY is a free Mac app that plans your work, hands tasks to AI agents such as Claude Code and Codex on your own Claude or ChatGPT plan, and keeps your company's knowledge in one place.
EVY started as the system we needed ourselves: a small team running a company with AI agents doing a growing share of the work.
We wanted one place where the plan for the day, the tasks for people and agents, and what the company knows all live together. Nothing we tried did that, so we built it.
We build EVY with EVY. Each morning it plans our day, hands tasks to Claude Code and Codex on our own plans, and keeps our notes as files any agent can read. Every guide on this site describes something we do ourselves.
