Delete your EVY account
This page is for EVY by Helix Studio OÜ: the phone app for iPhone and Android (“EVY: AI todo list” or “EVY” in the stores), the desktop app for macOS and the web app at app.evy.so. They share one account, so deleting it removes it everywhere.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] from the email address of your EVY account.
- Write that you want your account deleted. If your account has no email yet, tell us your name and the name of your Mac, and we will confirm it is you before we delete anything.
- We reply to confirm, and delete your account and its data within 30 days.
Removing the app from your phone or signing out of it does not delete your account. Signing out on the phone stops pushes to that phone.
To keep your account and delete only some of your data, such as voice notes or a phone’s push token, say which in your email.
What we delete
- Your account: name, email address, sign-in keys and the names of your Mac and phones.
- Everything you put into EVY: spaces, goals, plans, tasks, notes, assets, comments, your chat with EVY and transcripts of what you said.
- Agent work: tasks you handed to agents, their results, questions and your answers.
- Voice notes, uploaded files and images.
- Push tokens of your phones.
- Your Google Calendar connection and the copy of your calendar.
- Usage analytics linked to your account.
What we keep, and for how long
- Encrypted backups: your data leaves them as the backups rotate.
- Screen recordings of app sessions: these are deleted 30 days after they were made.
- Access requests from the evy.so form: removed on request, and kept at most 12 months.
- Error and crash reports: kept by Sentry for a limited time and then deleted automatically. Crash reports from the phone app carry no personal data.
