Company knowledge that builds itself

Save, meet and work as usual. EVY sorts it into the right project and turns it into context any AI can read, as plain files on your Mac.

What is a knowledge base that builds itself?

One where you stop filing. EVY takes in what you save from the browser and your bookmarks, the files you drop and your meetings, keeps what is worth keeping in the right project, and writes context pages that any AI agent can read. Everything stays as plain files in a folder on your Mac.

  3. 3 · Meetings

Decisions come out of every meeting

Each decision gets an owner, the rest worth remembering goes to the right client or project, and follow-ups land in To-do.

    Context any agent can read

EVY writes an overview for each area and refreshes it every night. Claude Code, Codex, Hermes and Aside read it before they start a task.

Brightpath: single sign-on options

Recommendation

Start with Okta. Brightpath uses it, and so do two of the five leads in the pipeline. Google Workspace is the quicker build and can follow in December.

What Brightpath asked for
  • CSV export of all feedback
  • Single sign-on before their support team joins, 25 more seats
Effort
  • Okta: about four days, including user sync
  • Google Workspace: about two days
  • Microsoft Entra: about five days, no customer is asking yet

Your folders, built for you

EVY lays out a folder for each space on your Mac and keeps it tidy. Everything is Markdown, readable by any tool. Delete EVY tomorrow and every file stays.

Studio Lumen

Starts with one folder

Day one is a folder and whatever you drop in it. As you save, meet and work, EVY adds areas, context pages and folders on its own, only where there is something to put in them.

Day oneDrop a few files. EVY reads them and sets up your first space

Questions

What can I put in?

Pages you save from the browser, your bookmarks, files you drop on a space, meeting notes and a Notion export. EVY reads PDFs, Word files, slides and Markdown.

Do I have to organise it?

No. EVY puts each item in the right space and area, keeps the real learnings, and puts tools, people and ideas on a Saved for later list. Anything it is unsure about waits in the Inbox.

Which AI can use it?

Any. Claude Code, Codex, Hermes and Aside read it through EVY, and every other tool can read the Markdown files in your folder.

What happens to my meetings?

EVY pulls the decisions out of each meeting, each with an owner, plus anything worth remembering, and adds them to the right context page.

Can I bring my Notion workspace?

Yes. Export it from Notion and drop the export on a space. EVY sorts the pages like anything else.

What if I stop using EVY?

Your files stay where they are, in a folder on your Mac, readable by any tool.
